These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of goods from Custom Booth LTD (company number 16528822) (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing our website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General

• We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
  
• Your continued use of the website after changes indicates your acceptance.
  
• If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect.
  

2. Products & Orders

• All products are made to order. Images, descriptions, and dimensions shown on the website are for guidance only; colours and finishes may vary slightly.
  
• Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
  
• A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been accepted.
  

3. Prices & Payment

• Prices are stated in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
  
• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using the payment methods offered on our website.
  

4. Delivery

• Lead times are an estimate and will usually be between 4–6 weeks from order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed.
  
• We will contact you to arrange delivery once your items are ready.
  
• Delivery will be to the address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure access is suitable for large furniture items.
  
• If access is restricted and delivery cannot be completed, re-delivery charges may apply.
  

5. Returns & Cancellations

• As all items are custom-made to order, cancellations and returns are generally not accepted once production has started.
  
• If your order has a manufacturing fault or is damaged on delivery, please notify us in writing within 48 hours with supporting photographs. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
  
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.
  

6. Samples

• Fabric samples may be requested via our website. A small delivery charge may apply, which can be credited against a future order.
  
• Samples are intended as a guide only; shade variations may occur in final production.
  

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, are owned or licensed by us.
  
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.
  

8. Liability

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising out of the use of our website or products.
  
• Our total liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the price of the product purchased.
  
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter where liability cannot be excluded under UK law.
  

9. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  
• Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
